Maintenance Management

Deritend are widely experienced in the operation of basic motor management contracts for clients. This experience has however been broadened with the requirement for full subcontract maintenance cover.

Typically, Deritend are able to offer a comprehensively managed maintenance service, operating as part of an existing maintenance team, or as a complete maintenance team. Our engineers will complete tasks from standard preventative maintenance checks such as cleaning, lubricating and adjusting of plant, to full breakdown cover.

In addition to the provision of manpower, Deritend are able to provide a number of key skills, including thermographic surveying, vibration analysis and machine tool calibration, all of which add value to a maintenance contract.

Our reporting systems allow for full contract feedback on maintenance costs, production downtime and material costs. Our workshops allow for the inclusion of many maintenance services such as motor and gearbox repair, pump service and electronic repair, reducing your supplier base.

The aim of all of these agreements is to minimise maintenance cost and increase plant availability by the application of maintenance best practice.
