Technical External Sales Engineer (West Midlands)
Our requirement is for an external sales engineer with knowledge and/or experience in working within electro-mechanical equipment to manage existing client relationships and introduce and identify new business opportunities.

Mechanical Working Supervisor  (West Midlands)
Our requirement is for a fully qualified and experienced site working supervisor who can bring mechanical knowledge with the support of leadership skills. To assist with the management of site and sub-contractors. The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own, part of a team and be flexible with both onsite and workshop operations.

Winders (West Midlands)
Our requirement is for an experienced Winder who can bring electro/mechanical knowledge to our Winding Shop, specifically to rewind AC and DC motors, stators, armatures and transformers.

Electro/Mechanical Fitter (West Midlands)
Our requirement is for a fully qualified and experienced fitter who can bring Electro/Mechanical Fitter knowledge to support our motor, gearbox and pump repair/overhaul engineering operations.

Winding Shop Supervisor (West Midlands)
Our requirement is for a fully qualified and experienced Winding Shop Supervisor.  In addition to electro/mechanical motor rewind knowledge the role requires Supervision experience, allocation of jobs, problem solving and an established level of technical competency.

Site Services Project Engineer (West Midlands)

Our requirement is for an experienced Site Service Project Engineer. Responsible for assisting the project management team with quotations for customers or potential customers for Mechanical, Electrical and Fabrication products or services. Delivering works and projects on time and in budget and making sure that works are carried out to company and customer’s satisfaction in a safe and professional manner. Assist the engineering team on site if required with hands on assistance and/or engineering solutions.

Administrators (West Midlands – 2 Positions Available)

Our requirement is for experienced Administrators.  Working with the operational team to ensure correct process is followed and best practice methods adhering to.  Supporting the sales team with enquiries, issuing quotations and any information to assist with account management.  General Office duties will include Timesheet entries, Purchase Order Processing, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Month end duties and others.  Work close with the relevant departments to ensure the expediting process falls in line with customer’s expectations.

Mechanical Fitter

Analyse job cards to determine job status, work authorizations/limitations, estimate, description of problems and / or expected serviceability.
Test mechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems.
Disassemble mechanical equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition.
Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical assemblies.
Requisition of replacement parts Verify repairs using start-up testing procedures.
Retest reassembled mechanical equipment for proper output and operation.
Operate specialized equipment.
Work on Customer sites as well as in the Workshop.
Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
Follow all Company Health & Safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment.
Keep work area neat and tidy.
Carry out any other reasonable request from the Management team.

 

Motor Mechanic

Read job cards to determine: job status, work authorisations/limitations, estimate, description of problems, and /or expected serviceability.
Test electromechnical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods AC/DC.
Disassemble electromechnical equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition.
Clean electromechanical equipment assemblies as needed using various methods and steps, including but not limited to: parts washers, steamer, caustic tanks, glass beaders, etc.
Measure for or note proper replacement parts. Correctly requisition needed items from service centre office, as approved by supervisor.
Repair or repair worn or defective mechanical or electromechanical assemblies, including but not limited to: bearings, brushes, brush holders, motor leads, gears, seals, impellors, mechanical switches, brakes, clutches, clutch rotors, tachs, fans, end shields, etc.
Retest reassembled electromechanical equipment for proper output and operation.
Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
List, tighten, adjust and/or secure heavy objects in order to perform work duties.
Operate specialised repair and testing equipment and other equipment as needed.
Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (especially eye and ear protection).
Keep work are neat and clean as directed by supervisor.
Assist other mechanics or other service centre departments with skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor or service centre manager.
Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor

Motor Rewind Technician

Inspect various kinds of electromechanical equipment for damage and evidence of electrical malfunctions.
Test condition of windings according to EASA AR100.
Illustrate and/or document all relevant date specific to units electromagnetic characteristics, operating conditions, existing damage, or intended serviceability.
Dismantle and/or strip damaged or unserviceable electromechanical equipment.
Prepare all reusable parts for rewinding and inspect renewed parts for hidden, structural damage or unusual conditions.
Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to: single-phase, three-phase, DC fields, armatures, wound rotors and transformers. Observe proper insulating techniques and/or requirements during rewinding.
Test rewound electromechanical equipment to EASA AR100 and document test results.
Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
Operate specialised repair and testing equipment, including but not limited to: winding machines, test panels, surge testers, core-loss testers, cut-off saws, burnout ovens, grinders, cranes, forklift trucks, brazing units, dip tanks, VPI systems, and various handheld power and non-power tools.
Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (especially eye and ear protection).
Keep work area neat and clean as directed by the supervisor.
Perform other skilled and non-skilled duties as direct by supervisor.
