At Deritend, we really value our people. We recruit the best and continually nurture their capabilities to allow them to fulfil their true potential and exceed our customers' expectations.

We provide a working environment and culture that support individual progression and have taken time to put carefully constructed development plans in place for every employee. Our commitment to manufacturing in the UK and value-adding engineering asset management services also mean that we undertake most work in-house rather than outsourcing.

This approach enables us to offer challenging and rewarding career opportunities across a diverse range of roles from engineering, design and purchasing to sales, management and customer support.
Our retention rates are also exceptional and half of our team has been with Deritend for five or more years and around a third have worked within our business for over a decade. In addition, we have a successful and established apprenticeship program that combines educational and real-life training for our next generation of results-driven professionals.
